"The check-in was smooth and the room was clean. However, it took a long time for the water in the shower to get warm enough to use. Then, once in the shower, the water would periodically get cold then hot. This is a potential safety hazard."

"Accessible room was perfect for our needs! Too bad it was so far from the elevator! We did not like the smell in the hallway at all!! Breakfast was adequate but a selection of muffins would have been rather than all chocolate chip!"
