"They have served freshly made breakfast, along with fruits and freshly brewed coffee. They also have a waffle making spot that is really good for waffle lovers. Their site amenities like indoor pool and gym are also a plus! Internet is fast and easily accessible. We availed the king size suite with separate living room. Our room was clean and smells fresh upon arrival. It has a lot of space and includes dining table/chairs, microwave and fridge. The area is quiet too thus a good spot to rest....

"Property was great, but there were way too many people at the Waterpark which made it difficult to enjoy. We went early as per the "waterpark pass" guest eligibility, but it was even busier in the morning. I feel there should be a limited capacity so people can enjoy the park without having to wait 45 minutes to ride a slide."

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
