"Do not book this hotel. The fire alarm went off at 4:30am. Interestingly, the fire alarm seems to go off at this time a lot based on other reviews. It was so excruciatingly loud which gave me a splitting headache. The alarm does not stop on its own. It goes off constantly until the fire fighters arrive, and that took 35 minutes. I couldn't get back to sleep and I had a presentation to attend that morning. I still have not gotten an apology. Then I checked my credit card and found a $10 amenity...

"We ALWAYS stay here every trip to NY.. its convenient comfy and inexpensive. The staff is unbelievable friendly and very caring
I wasnt feeling well and the man at the window noticed and asked if I were ok did I need help and I told him it was just my meds and I was fine I just needed to lay down Id been in a truck all day.. he said if I needed ANYTHING AT ALL PLEASE LET HIM KNOW.. what a sweet kind man. But its also rt next to the Palasades Mall.. our fav place in NY lol.. we will be staying...
