Breakfasts were delicious and winding down at the end of the day with a glass of wine was so nice in the comfy lounge/dining area. We really enjoyed meeting them and their home was beautiful inside and out. Modern amenities blended with classic features made it very comfortable for our three night stay. Thanks for having us!"

"We loved our stay at Magnolia Place! This was the perfect place for our first trip to the Finger Lakes. The location is definitely the best you will find. Our room was well maintained and the breakfasts were amazing!! Our hosts took time each morning to check in with us and offer ideas for each day. "Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well.
