"A great value for your money in a great location to Watkins Glenn . Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in the hotel rooms, but cabins look amazing. Very clean and well maintained. Quiet family oriented or for those of us who just want a comfy, reasonably place to stay."

"This hotel is wonderful! The room was clean, linens in great condition and bed comfortable. There's plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I never heard those staying next to my room!!! The view of Seneca Lake was so relaxing. I would stay here again."

"Our stay was comfortable and very clean and modern. Surprised there was a refrigerator and that we got muffins with our coffee in the morning. Beautiful view. Would definitely go back!"

"Overall the place is cute. The bed was actually very comfortable. There was no regular coffee out when we went down to get some and the pastries were the same from the night before. The bathroom does not have a door which I was not a fan of but we managed. The bathroom also needs hand towels and washclothes. I would stay again but hope they will put out fresh regular coffee for the morning. You have to text the inn as the front desk is not regualry manned and they never answered with several...

"Lovely property. All rooms have view of vineyard and Seneca Lake and a balcony. Very peaceful and quiet. Good sized room with large bathroom that includes separate mirror and counter for make-up, etc. So lots of shelf space. Bathroom could use a little upgrading, but certainly would not stop me from staying again. Great area - close to wineries and cheese/ice cream tasting. Only about 10 minutes to Watkins Glen."

"This is an old-style motor lodge one would find on a U.S. Highway in the 50s or 60s. The decor shows it. If you are seeking a fancy, glitzy resort, go elsewhere. If you want a clean, safe, convenient hotel, go here. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean, but dated. They service the room every day! And restock your coffee! "Wonderful experience at the Benjamin Hotel. Spacious, comfortable room with great amenities. It was conveniently located in downtown Watkins Glen and while there is no parking onsite, it was never an issue to find easy street parking nearby. Will definitely stay again!"

"If i had a complaint about my stay it would be the lack of control over my room temperature. I really like a cool room for sleeping and the room got very stuffy in the night. I also did not like the fact that breakfast was at 9 am no choice for earlier. On the good side the one breakfast i was there for was delicious and the couple running the B&B were great and overall a very nice stay. My " complaints " are more just suggestions for things to improve the stay. "

"Everything was just so beautiful, from the gardens, the art in the home and the layout of the home! Our host, Rose, was so serene and kind. She gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, she was wonderful! Our breakfasts were delicious, locally sourced, hearty and decadent. The spa was one of the best massages I have ever had! We will definitely return! "
