"We were stranded in Middletown, NY for 3 days due to a tire issue (waiting on special order tire from Sams Club) and it couldn't have been at a better hotel. Was a very pleasant stay."

"We had to be in the area for a funeral and family emergency for 2 weeks. We stayed in several hotels from Albany to Goshen. It seems NYS is making hotels set a part of their rooms to the homeless probably from NYC. This sounds great but in reality paying customers do not want screaming children, pot smoking and drunk adults wandering the halls at night. Tell NY Govenor to stop this crap"

"There was only oat meal for the light breakfast. The washer was out of order and the dryer didn’t dry the clothes. Friendly staff at the front desk. The other employees don’t speak English and will talk into your phone to have it translated. "
