"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"The staff member at check-in was friendly and charming. The room was clean and smelled nice as we walked in. Mattresses were comfortable allowing for a good night’s sleep. In our bathroom, while it was mostly clean, did have areas at the baseboards around the tub that needs attention. The design of the shower allows for water to splash out and water to pool. Pink residue has built up at the floor level in the grout and that needs to be scrubbed. Hair in the tub drain should have been removed as...
