"Location, location, location! We were in town visiting family and chose this property because it was nearby their home. Little did we know how great the area was. Lots of shops, places to eat and green space for the kids to stretch their legs. Would absolutely recommend."

"This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. "The good: Great historic hotel close to everything. Very clean. Pretty room. Good food and drinks. Staff was very friendly. Opportunity for improvement: The beds were too soft. I am used to a firmer mattress because of my back otherwise I highly recommend."

"The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. "The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night.
