"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"I believe there were recent renovations so everything is very nice and clean. Only issue we had was the bathroom sink did not drain quickly enough. I would recommend and stay again."

"We had a really good stay overall. The hotel was very clean, which made a big difference right away. The kids especially enjoyed the pool—it was well maintained and a highlight of the trip. Breakfast was fresh and good quality, but I do wish there were more vegetarian options to choose from. A bit more variety there would make it even better. "We enjoyed our stay very much! There were some inconveniences. The shower head was not working well. It needs to have the calcium buildup removed or just be replaced. The breakfast could have been warmer. And lastly the doors leading from the lobby to the rooms are need of some adjustment so they make less noise. With that said I highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly."

Dated wallpaper, very marginal lighting in the room. Some trouble with the wifi, but not sure if that was a hotel problem or a me problem. Very good price for a generally very trustworthy hotel night. Will stay again when coming through this way."
