"Elevators stop working we had to take the step.They shut the water off one of the days we stayed . And my aunt room got broken into and all they did was fix door and kept her in the room. Never again will i stay there "

"I loved this hotel until I got the bill and realized that there was an undisclosed charge somewhere between Hotels.com and Hotel Henrietta. I’m not sure who’s being shady here but I have two different invoices with different amounts, one from Hotels.com & one from the hotel, and both are less than what I was actually charged. And both entities are blaming the other for the discrepancy. Bottom line, don’t book this hotel through a third party. If there’s a billing discrepancy you’ll never get it resolved. And I didn’t actually save any money booking through here, just gained a headache. Also, it’s very difficult to get ahold of a person at the hotel. They apparently don’t look at emails and the front desk only answers the phone (the number for which isn’t the one listed on their website) when they feel like it."

"Absolutely loved our room. We had a "suite" and a private balcony! Too bad we only got to stay 2 days. Would definitely stay there again and in the same room. Breakfast was good with a good variety of items, hot and cold. Hotel well located to Riverwalk, cruise port and French Quarter. Local public transportation nearby and inexpensive."
