"We only stayed for 1 night but my first impression was that the hotel was nice, clean, modern and the room had a nice layout- kitchenette, open space and very clean. Shower pressure could have been a bit better but overall it was a wonderful stay."

"I asked to be called my management. Here we are a week later no call back?! The room was filthy and dirty. The bed had bugs on the comforter and in the sheets. The shower had hair all over it , towels dirty, and no washcloth. They give out raffle tickets for breakfast, which we didn't eat due to the rooms being filthy. The refrigerator was not plugged in and barely got cold once we figured out to plug it in. Three TVs are rigged and you have to sign in to your own account but it doesn't allow you to sign out. We had to go to Walmart to buy supplies, such as cleaning supplies and towels!!! The hotel is not a hotel, it's a nursing home. The suites had all makeshift room numbers, no safe locks on doors. The outside door to enter had a Ring Doorbell?!! Trash in lobby was overflowing, just per disgusting. I would really Appreciate if I was reached out too to rectify the situation. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE STAY AT THIS TRASH PLACE."
