"Alba, the manager, was helpful in trying to deal with Expedia to help me obtain a refund for cancellation of 1 nite - Ill have to see still what the result is! (I cancelled several weeks ahead of my stay but Expedia, nor the property responded.). The entrance to the property was very modern & clean, but the room could have been cleaner. No clean coffee cups provided the second day. Would have liked small wash cloths too. Great location for mall & the .park! Staff helpful!"

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. "It's good size for one person, could be tight for two. It's very well located between Royal Palace and Prado Museum, all within 20min. of walk. Around hotel there were many resturants and a minimarket for fruits, yoguts ect.. You need to ask toothbrush+paste, tissue when you checkin. One block from the main street, it's quiet. Overall it is a good place for the money"

When the reception was contacted the answer was that “thats strange there is no restaurant on that floor, maybe its from the event on the 7th floor”. We couldn't even open windows as the smell would’ve come into the room. The outdoor area outside the entrance of the hotel smells like an ashtray through the day as this is the smoking area.
