"Overall a lovely stay. Staff were polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was welcoming and fely cosy. Reception, lobby, lounge, library, bar and restaurant were beautiful but the room we were in was a little tired decor wise. I do love the old features and understand it is an old building but some areas needed a little attention."

Breakfast was plentiful and we had a great choice from the menu and on the breakfast table. The hotel is in a great location for Torquay main sea front and harbour. "
