"The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The hospitality exceeded my expectations and the breakfast buffet was excellent! The lobby and sitting area was always clean and they serviced our room daily. I highly recommend this hotel for stays in Amsterdam!"

"The room itself was okay with good beds and bathroom. However mine was facing a side another building 1 meter away and I had to keep my blinds shut the whole time. Housekeeping services very variable. Sometimes no coffee or milk replacements. Don’t really go to extra lengths to clean the room. Corridor carpets seemed filthy and the corridor was smelly. Boutique type hotel. Basic breakfast. Seemed a bit pricey. Receptionists absent most times."
