"We were in Topsail recently scouting out spots for a future vacation and found this hidden gem there. Sea Vista is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. Very relaxed, great ocean views for the sunrise. The beach was very clean and quiet, just steps from the hotel. The motel itself was rustic and a great sandy beach vibe.
