"1st night the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the phone didn’t work, streaming didn’t work and there was a roach that crawled out of the woodwork. The engineer came up twice. They were able to fix the door but nothing else. Next morning they changed our room. We had to store our bags and then move them again. The second room was fine, but the experience put a dent in our enjoyment of the trip."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and this property. I stayed back in Feb in the days leading up to the blizzard - Shaq and the team were so incredibly helpful at this time and overall every staff member I met was incredibly thoughtful, considerate and polite. My room was immaculate, obviously the rooms are a little more compact but I never felt without. It is very thoughtfully designed.
