Shimbashi was a great base for easily going around Tokyo and to Kamakura with two young kids and two adults. The hotel was clean with friendly service and had a lovely little breakfast. The room was a bit small for two adults and two kids (8 and 6), but it was a great stay all the same!

Staff were all absolutely amazing. Facilities very good. Location not that convenient on foot with family but only 1 stop to Tokyo. Great location if without kids in my opinion. Again, staff were beautiful

This is a tiny hotel, but it's clean and nice hotel. The staff members are friendly. I had a great stay. The neighborhood is safe and there are convenience stores and small restaurants near the hotel. Very convenient and reasonable. I will return!

トッテッテのチョコスコーン、美味しくてボリュームあってよかったです。別料金の朝食もフォカッチャがあたたかくて美味しい。朝6:45からなのが残念ではありましたがコーヒーはいつでも飲めるし満足です。空調がフィルター清掃の表示が出てたのと、許容範囲ですが清掃がもう少しよければ、というくらいで、トータル大満足です。 デスクも使いやすくライトも十分。おかげで作業もはかどりました。また利用します。
