The hotel exceeded expectations with spotless rooms and common areas. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always greeting with smiles and eager to help. A welcoming, clean environment that made the stay truly enjoyable.
Perfect for our stay. Great location. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Lots of dining options close by and shopping as well. Metro station very walkable.
The hotel always smells so good. We stayed at the room that has the tub and it was a great way to relax after a day of walking. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.
This hotel was so nice! Very clean and quiet, and the staff were great. Loved that you could get rooms with a bath tub. Also very walkable to the train station to get to the heart of Tokyo. My first time in Japan and this did not disappoint!
The wood bathtub in the room is amazing, very relaxing. Very clean and staffs are great and fluent in English. Location is conveniently located between the Tsukiji market and Ginza.
Small business hotel but well appointed. Great value for a ginza hotel. Rooms are small but it is a business hotel. Tons of restaurants around. Highly recommend
Very comfortable room, loved the cypress bathtub which was particularly comforting after a long day out in winter. Very conveniently located - near to the metro station, Tsukiji Fish Market and Ginza. Friendly and professional staff.
What a wonderful stay! This hotel was beautifully designed and had an amazing vibe. The staff and particularly concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly. The stay came with a free matcha from the lobby bar and we made use of the private wooden spa bath which was lovely. Will make this my go to hotel for all my figure visits to Tokyo.
We stayed 3 nights on our honeymoon and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The welcome matcha was a nice treat, the coffee and pastries in the morning were a lovely touch, and the furo in our room felt so luxurious. Beautifully designed interiors and a convenient location near train lines and the Tsukiji Outer Market.
I couldn’t speak more highly of Tsuki hotel. It definitely approached the expectation level that I had for it and though the rooms are extremely tiny it was appointed very stately and the bathroom was masterful and elegant. Immaculately clean hotel. I will definitely be staying at Tsuki again in the future!
An absolutely incredible stay at TSUKI. I personally enjoyed being off the beaten path from Ginza, but still access to some of the best venues and eateries that the Fish Market has to offer. Their staff and service was top-notch, and I cannot recommend them enough.
Friendly staff. Rooms were as described. Clean and have whatever you need. Location was convenient to walk to the station. You can technically walk to Ginza in around 10-15 minutes without any issue.
Loved it! Very close to train station and the Tsukiji fish market. Restaurants and fun stuff close by. The hotel itself is very clean, wonderful staff, friendly greeting with water and green tea. They also have a private bath-did not visit. The rooms were perfect. Comfy bed, fridge with free drinks, slippers, toiletries, etc.
My fiancé and I stayed here for 5 nights, i loved the cedar tub it was much needed after a day full of walking. The hotel is located in walking distance to the station so its very easy to get around. The hotel staff was amazing and made us feel so welcome. I would like to give a special shout out to Mark, he was so kind, he even went above and beyond to locate this dish that I had tried when I was in kyoto. It was truly a pleasure staying here!
Thank you Tsuki for making my first trip to Japan so wonderful.
My wife and I loved this hotel during our visit to Tokyo. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very nice and clean. I would highly recommend reserving a room with a furo (traditional Japanese bath tub). Nothing was better than relaxing in the tub after walking 10 miles a day in Tokyo. The location of the hotel was perfect, no matter where you want to visit in Tokyo, the subway station located close by will get you there. The surrounding area is calm and peaceful. The local fish market and stalls are located very close by, which is fun to visit. Overall, my experience couldn't have been better.
This hotel is in an excellent location in walking distance to the main Ginza shopping area. The staff is very nice and spoke English. The boxed bento breakfast was delicious. I am vegan and they gave me a veggie box option which was great. Free bread, pastries, coffee, and juice were available in the lobby every morning as well. It was very quiet. I will say, the room looks a little larger in photos online. But there was just enough room to have two suitcases and still have walking space. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge (water, soda, beer). The square wooden tub was nice but a little dirty when we checked in and the water had a hard time fully draining from one of the corners of the tub. The bed was nice and soft. We slept great! There was nice water pressure and heat in the shower. Overall we liked staying here.
