Room was clean - the bed had 2 pillows one that was soft and another that was much firmer. Hotel staff was friendly although both check in and check out was electronic and not much interaction with staff was needed. Location of the hotel is great and very close to the Shimbashi Station where you have many different lines to use. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and they have many coin laundries within the house. I can highly recommend this chain hotel! Also they borrow you an umbrella if you need one - which is great.

A 5-7min walk from the closest Shimbashi station. It's easy access to the train system, and a quiet spot to stay. Staff keep the place clean and there's plenty of offered amenities on the first floor. Minimal contact needed with the hosts and with a convenient store attached on first floor to easily pick up food or water.

The staff and placement of hotel was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from shimbashi station and only a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Ginza. My room had a nice view and was well assorted and clean. I traveled solo so I was able to accumulate to the small room but was very comfortable!

The rooms are tiny considering the price they charge. The breakfast was not that good. You are better off buying breakfast in the convenience store that is connected to the lobby. The rooms are clean. The location is good and just a 6 minute walk to a train station with several train lines. The staff was friendly. They do not allow early check-in or late check out unless you pay extra. Overall it is a decent hotel in a good area.

I was able to check in and check out using an automated machine and had no contact with any hotel staff. Amenities are left in the lobby and guests take what they need, which is becoming more common in Japan, but I think this is a novelty for overseas travellers and a very good service. There is also a convenience store (LAWSON) attached to the hotel, where you can get a little bit of food and drink.
