This hotel was very accessible to everything . 99% of the staff was helpful and kind. Except for the one skinny girl who looks like an iceberg with very limited language skills. Iโve checked out of my room but I had started a laundry on the 2nd floor. She told me not to take the elevator back to the lobby when I was done, so she asked me to use those cold and unsafe cement steps that were not even connected to the lobby. This skinny with ZERO personality should not be in contact with the public .
So once I retrieved my laundry after asking to others for help, she spotted me and started saying something about me and laughed. The other staff member were great. I have her picture ๐๐
