I had a nice stay here. It’s in a nice location where I could quickly rent bicycles or walk to the subway. It’s near plenty of dining options as well. The staff were always ready to help. Water pressure was good too.

Very convenient location only a couple of blocks from the Yamanote line on a not that busy station. Very friendly staff. Offered complementary several bottles of water when arriving. Highly recommended. I’ll consider this place in the future for when I visit Tokyo again! Thanks!

Staff are very friendly with reception opens whole day around. Convenient location and it’s cleanly kept. Highly recommend!

Location is great. 24 hours reception service is great. They do room service cleaning once every 3 or 4 days for longer stays of 7 nights or more. Do not look under the bed, dust bunnies.

Smile Hotel Sugamo was the perfect stay for me. It had a comfortable single room, friendly and helpful staff, with convenience stores and a train station nearby. It was easy to travel about Tokyo and even Sugamo had a few nice spots to offer despite its quieter nature. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Right next to a FamilyMart convenience store and walking distance from Yamamote and Mita lines. Neighborhood is safe, but go early enough some days and you'll see lines outside pachinko machine buildings.

Convenient location, walk to JR station in 3 minutes, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Although the room is small but it has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, but you have to leave key at the lobby when you go out.
