The facility is old and the floor where my room locates smells very bad like a cigarette room. Gym equipment should be upgraded. Staff was kind but lack of explaining. Ex. They didn’t want to provide stays credit and never explained the reason why. Next time I might go other hotels if I pay $200-300 per night.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff and check in was quick and efficient. The club room was very spacious, beds super comfy and bathroom clean and plenty amenities. One of the best hotels stay. Love the cleanliness and food especially. Also enjoyed the garden around the hotel. There's also free shuttle to and fro Meguro station, so prettt convenient. The swimming pool is not free for guest though, and it's pretty expensive. Other than that, love the quietness and ambience of this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Faultless Hotel

Cannot fault this hotel in terms of service, cleanliness. The best I’ve experienced in a long time. One negative - I would have to pay to use the gym if I wasn’t a Bonvoy member. Luckily I am however if I’d paid to use their poorly equipped gym I would not have been happy.

Clean, smells good, nice staff. Negatives: you will need a taxi or hotel bus to get to anywhere interesting. Nearest main areas are Shinagawa and Meguro Station. There was a popping noise on our window periodically. Sounded like large insects or birds hitting the window. But no insects. I am guessing this is the sound of heat pressure from the hot weather on the windows. And it did make sleeping difficult. Yes, it is that loud.
