"This is a new hotel which just opened few months ago, overall the service and the cleanliness is excellent , the size of the room is big, we are staying in corner room which has 3 single beds, we can open our luggage freely without any problem, the location is great and there is a shopping centre just downstairs of the hotel and full of choice the restaurant.
However, there are only 8 washing/drying machines in the hotel, therefore every night, you need to spot the vacancy of the machine, even though the hotel provides a live status of the washing machine on TV already, however, some guests didn’t pick up their laundry immediately after finish , sometimes even almost 2 hours without picking up ( the worst I saw is 8 hrs), I think the hotel needs to find a way to fix this problem. Secondly, if you need to extend the check out time, you need to pay for that , even you request for 1 hr extension, you need to pay for that as well."
