Very inflexible in their policies. You get exactly what you pay for and not a bit more. This is better than some other properties who actually don't even live up to their promise, but on the negative side, trivial requests are not even considered here. Pay sleep and leave and don't bother them otherwise. To be fair, the value is still very good and it is not a 5-star hotel, but some service adjustments would make it great.

I felt safe and taken care of. Ibwas comfortable and the room and bath were clean. The only downsides were a broken outlet on the bed and a nearby emergency station that seemed to be real busy through the night.

Cool pod/ capsule hotel- 2nd time staying at such a facility- my goodness, with a difference! The pods were much bigger at this place as well as the shower and locker set up, also the lounge area up on the eighth floor with complementary coffee, teas and whatnot was a nice bonus as well as as an amazing view. Good place for the night!

L’hôtel n’est pas neuf, mais ça vaut le coup ! Il y a le ménage tous les jours, la chambre est correcte ! On a passé un excellent séjour de 7 nuits sans soucis ! 1 seul membre du personnel est désagréable mais le reste du personnel au top 👍 je recommande niveau qualité prix ça vaut le coup ! En plus la station de métro 🚉 et les convenient store sont proches de cette hôtel !
