Great buffet breakfast - great selection and plenty of food. Even though the area was small, the restaurant staff worked hard to keep it moving. The room that I stayed was small and old, but clean. I was comfortable. The morning front staffs were kind to answer some questions that I had.
Room was clean and they had an option for breakfast buffet which alot of people seemed to enjoy. The room given to us for our 5 nights had holes in the walls, wear and tear on walls and bathroom. Toilet seat wasnt sitting properly but other than that it was okay.
“This is a good hotel with close proximity to two train stations, approximately a 6- and 12-minute walk away. Several supermarkets are located nearby, and the property is centrally located.”
We had a quick one night stay here before heading back home and it was quite good! The breakfast was yummy with a good amount of options, hotel was maintained nicely and was very clean! The television was a bit outdated and the pillows were quite stiff, but past that it was a really good experience.
Was good for the price! Staff was friendly and helpful. If you just need a bed at the end of the day and something that is a bit more private than a capsule hotel, then this place is good!
A bit pricey compared to equivalent hotels in other parts of the world, but this is Tokyo, and it’s becoming more expensive and harder to find rooms. The location is excellent—very close to Ueno and within a reasonable walking distance from Asakusa Station. Breakfast is expensive if it’s not included in your rate, but you can find great coffee shops and bakeries in Ueno for much less than the cost of the hotel breakfast.
The rooms are incredibly small, as is typical in Tokyo, even though we paid extra for a “regular” double‑size bed. That said, the room was immaculately clean, the staff were extremely kind, and overall we had a great stay.

Staff were very friendly. Good location. Room was a bit dirty, mold near the heating vent. Top bed duvet had stains on.
Nice queen double bed. We were two with 3 luggages but still had some decent space. Depending which leg is going to be for you part of your trip I would recommend go for queen or king.

Nice simple hotel close to train lines and plenty of dining options in walking distance
Great overall experience during my 6 night stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near 2 stations. Our room is very spacious for Tokyo. Staff is also very friendly and knowledgable.
