Great buffet breakfast - great selection and plenty of food. Even though the area was small, the restaurant staff worked hard to keep it moving. The room that I stayed was small and old, but clean. I was comfortable. The morning front staffs were kind to answer some questions that I had.

Room was clean and they had an option for breakfast buffet which alot of people seemed to enjoy. The room given to us for our 5 nights had holes in the walls, wear and tear on walls and bathroom. Toilet seat wasnt sitting properly but other than that it was okay.

We had a quick one night stay here before heading back home and it was quite good! The breakfast was yummy with a good amount of options, hotel was maintained nicely and was very clean! The television was a bit outdated and the pillows were quite stiff, but past that it was a really good experience.

A bit pricey compared to equivalent hotels in other parts of the world, but this is Tokyo, and it’s becoming more expensive and harder to find rooms. The location is excellent—very close to Ueno and within a reasonable walking distance from Asakusa Station. Breakfast is expensive if it’s not included in your rate, but you can find great coffee shops and bakeries in Ueno for much less than the cost of the hotel breakfast. The rooms are incredibly small, as is typical in Tokyo, even though we paid extra for a “regular” double‑size bed. That said, the room was immaculately clean, the staff were extremely kind, and overall we had a great stay.
