"Great stay! The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Hotel was tastefully decorated. It was nice having a sink outside the bathroom in addition to one inside the bathroom. Beds were super comfy. Staff was excellent. Convenient affordable shuttle service to historic Newport near the pier."

"We stayed there for the Newport Jazz Festival. The hotel doesn't look fancy on the outside but once you are inside, it gives a little bit of posh and whimsy. The staff is really friendly however there is limited staff during quietier times (before 8am etc...). The restaurant is pretty good and the bartenders are really on top of things. We enjoyed our room which faced the pool. Enjoyable stay. "

"When staying downtown Newport is prohibitive this property is a great and practical alternative with free parking. This property was beautifully renovated by Hyatt and it is really a hidden gem once you get there. It is 10 minutes away from the action by car, you have all the typical close suburbia retail options nearby too. The rooms are big, well appointed, great beds and linens, great bathrooms as well. A lot of nicely appointed common spaces to hang out in and work. Finally the staff is very nice and helpful. One caveat, there is no elevator so getting up the stairs with suitcases can be challenging for some but on arrival the desk agent took ours up for us. Great stay thanks!"
