"OMG! We just loved Chongos Place! The cabins are so cute and beautiful, clean with all necessities. The porch with the hammock was just our favorite place. The plants right outside the porch invite these beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies that we got to observe up close! And the pool was amazing, we spend hours in it each day. Great if you have kids (my daughter never wanted to leave the pool!) And to top it all... the view of the Arenal is breathtaking. Check in/ check outs were...

"Wow!! This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The staff was incredible and were so supportive and accommodating to EVERYTHING we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure this was the best vacation ever! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made sure it was so perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! "The perspective of Vulcan Arenal was perfect from this perfectly situated property. Great food ranging from Costa Rican to international, available throughout the day. I preferred their salt water pool to staying at a different resort which featured thermal pools- then we chose to drive back to eat here once more- so good. Just know in advance that you may not drive to your room; must take a jitney."

"This is a beautiful resort. The hot springs are very natural and relaxing, and very clean. There is an infinity pool looking out at the volcano. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We in got a lot hiking and activity in the area but also enjoyed the gym at the hotel which is well- equipped."
