"There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden "

"This is my second or third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately I’ve experienced repeated issues with the rooms, particularly the showers. On previous stays, I had to change rooms multiple times due to either no hot water or electricity outages. On this visit, the shower handle and overhead shower had very little water pressure, making them unusable. I ended up having to shower using the tap. "Booked in early January, some hours later, on the same day, messaged hotel asking for a cancellation, because I realised that possibly I wouldn't be able to make these dates or even the city due to personal circumstances.
