"Great hotel, they concentrate on what’s important, the room. It’s large, comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is the TV is old and has only the basic channels but hey if you are watching TV for any long period then you should probably stay at home rather than visit gorgeous Stratford."

"Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. "We stayed for a couple of nights, having breakfast & dinner twice. After a rather brusque check-in with a middle aged Asian gentleman (the owner?), we made our way to Room 10, a king sized room with an additional bed in a side room. As we had our Jack Russell with us, this may be a pet-friendly room. The bedroom was beautifully clean, and the beds comfortable. I think the bathroom had not long been fitted, and had a fabulous shower along with all the complimentary soaps/showergels/shampoos...
