It’s not fancy but the sheets and room were clean. It’s a very budget friendly alternative to the bigger hotels.

This place was disgusting. It was dirty, smelled bad and we found a cockroach in the room. We got stuck and had to check in after hours so no one was around. As soon as we checked in we found the cockroach so we left due to unsanitary conditions. This was around 3am so we had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. When I contacted the owner he refused to refund me for the rooms. Very rude - don’t stay here!

Friendly pleasant fellow checked me in. Stairs to second level were not the easiest to access and had poor lighting. Room was neat and clean but well "aged". Quiet location.

This property was modern maybe in 1960. The sink is no longer attached to the wall. Paint is peeling, cracked tiles. The tub is so worn with mold around it. They provide a coffee maker, but no coffee or cups.

Older motel - similar age to.many in town. Room was old but clean. My mattress was very comfortable. Toaster in the room as well as a microwave and fridge. Would be good if owner added an accessible plug in the room.

This place is disgusting the entrance door has a gap at the bottom of the door I had to call the owner for a code to unlock the motel door. We both felt it honestly didn't appear safe at all the room smelled of disinfectant like it was hiding something my wife couldn't breath in the room. We sat on the bed checking the Expedia site for another hotel it was very uncomfortable very disturbing situation it was a like a run down cabin. It was a real nightmare we didn't stay we left can't believe Expedia would have a motel like this listed on their site. The motel itself looked very shady and not kept up I started trying to contact Expedia and the owner finally showed up. We arrived at 4.03pm I called the owner and at 4.10pm we started putting our belongings in the room after about 10 minutes being in there we started looking at booking another hotel through Expedia nothing was available at around 4.30pm we packed our stuff up the owner arrived at 4.45pm. We explained the situation he could care less said he had others that wanted the room. It was cleaner and safer to sleep in my truck than the motel we ended up driving another 8 hour day after putting in already 9 hours of driving to get home.

Welcoming Accommodations
My girlfriend, myself, and our 2 dogs stayed here for 3 nights while we were in town for a wedding and some hiking. The owner was gracious enough to call us and was very polite when our dogs were upsetting the other guests with their whining at one point while we were gone for the wedding. The place is outdated and in need of some upgrades, but it was clean and the beds were nice and comfy. I would stay here again.

Disappointing and sad
I feel the earlier reviews were misleading. This place is old, small and dirty. Stains on the carpet, marks all over the walls, dirt in the corners, and we had a two queen room, one bed had dirty sheets. They changed the sheets, thank goodness. But his excuse is that people eat In bed and stains are hard to remove. The door to the washroom wouldn’t close unless slammed. Check in was over the phone…a bad experience and makes me not trust some reviews. We need to let each other know about these poorly run properties’ s please and I am disappointed that h.com has this property on their list.

The property manager is a sweetheart, that's why a 3 instead of 1 star. The room looked like something out a crime scene with all the scratches on the walls, and chairs sitting in the clothes closet lol! Calling it humble is kind... The plus sides are decent mattresses, clean bedding, simple check in, simple check out. But for God's sake, paint. And refresh your rooms lol!
