"Room was very clean. Minor maintenance issues, cabinet door broken, tv never worked. Adjoining room and door thin so could her every noise from room next door which isn't great for light sleeper. The hotel staff was friendly at all times. Lobby and hotel grounds very clean. My experience with breakfast wasn't great but may be an isolated issue. Stale waffles and pastries. I was there very early in am so likely they were left over from previous days and not at all fresh. Overall a good hotel...

"Carpeting throughout the building appears old, uneven and smelly
The wall air conditioner has dials that are broken and fall out when used… we complained and were told that there was a separate wall control for the unit
The bed pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable
On the other hand everyone was very nice and breakfast was great "

"The hotel was nice. I felt very safe and welcome. Everyone was quiet and we never had a problem with neighbors or noises. The room was not as clean as I would have hoped, with sticky pink spots on the counter (maybe from juice?) and hairs in the bathroom. Additionally, the flashing light on the fire alarm was on the ceiling and very bright and annoying. Kept myself, my husband and infant from sleeping well- I know the alarm is needed, but can we change how bright those lights are??also the bed...
