I had driven a good distance and here was a person who could read how to treat and look after a guest in an empathetic way. Each and every staff member was polite and went over and above. "The general condition of the hotel is poor, old, tired and a bit scruffy. The rooms just about fit the bill, but the bathrooms are very small. The general condition of the hotel is not good, the corridors are grotty and the floor is uneven.
