"Staying here was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and the desk was staffed 24/7, which was so convenient. It was completely silent at night. One of our best nights sleep of our trip. Pods were well laid out so there was plenty of room for 2 adults and all of our luggage. Bathrooms were nice and well stocked. Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. The kitchen was well-stocked with add-ons (beverages, mostly). There is a laundry service with reasonable prices, but I didn’t use it so I can’t speak to the quality of the service. The room was very clean, no weird smell. The location was great. When I am next in Reykjavik, I will absolutely be staying here again!"

"Clean room and very warm on a cold and snowy night. There are no staff and it is "self serve"; however, they are reachable by telephone and extremely helpful. The bed and linens were super comfortable. Checkout is promptly at 11 am."

"The proximity to downtown was great. The room although getting tired looking was clean. We found the staff both at check in and check out extremely accommodating. The one issue I had was breakfast was definitely not worth the price. The choice and quality was good but it was not worth 100.00 Canadian for two!"

"The dinner was lile fine dining, absolutely superb. Loved the geothermal touch to both meals we had. The people working there were lovely. We arrived when it was dark and shown around the site. In the light of the morning, it was even more lovely to see that location. Saw someone cook their breakfast eggs in the geothermal oven- amazing place!!"

"Very quiet area of town outside Reykjavik. Hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities. Only scary part was someone walking into our hotel room at 2am because the door wasn’t closed properly. Didn’t learn till after that you have to lift door for it to properly lock. Overall, was a nice stay"
