"great central location. close to a cheaper parking garage extremely helpful if you’re hiring a car to drive around. rooms are small but you can fit suitcases under the bed."

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ivris from housekeeping was helpful & polite giving us fresh towels since we opted for the green initiative (less cleaning). Diego & Carolina at reception were helpful with the HX mixup with our reservation so we did not end up homeless in Reykjavik. We love that bus stop #12 is just outside the hotel. Would be nice to have a hot tub to relax in after long days of excursions. Would also appreciate a little bigger tv in the room. A beautiful Iceland scenery picture or Icelandic art work can brighten up the room. Our standard room has many blank walls. Maybe time to refresh the beds. Airport shuttle may also be a nice service for guests."

"Great little quaint hotel nestled on the side of a hill right next to the Varmá River. We had a wonderful stay, it was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed in the budget room, which was perfectly fine for us, but if you want more room, I would definitely upgrade to a larger room. The morning breakfast was excellent before venturing out for the day! Highly recommend this little gem. If you have mobility issues be careful as there is unevenness on the sidewalks in the back leading to the hot tubs."
