"Pretty good"

"Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Yangon, doch mit einem sehr hilfbereiten Hotelinhaber. Wir sind mit dem Taxi in die Stadt gefahren. Den Preis hat der Inhaber festgemacht 3.500 Kyat und uns die Info gegeben, dass wir zurück nicht mehr wie 4.000 - 5.000 Kyat ausgeben sollten. Auch ansonsten stand er mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Dachterrasse, mit einer sehr guten Küche. Preisleistung absolut gut. "

"This hotel is new (2017) and is currently in great condition. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff were awesome and went above and beyond to help with several non-standard requests. Only stayed one night and had to leave very early for the airport but they prepared a quite tasty breakfast box to go. The restaurant a couple of doors up has quite tasty food as well. All in all a wonderful place to stay, close to Shwedagon and Karaweik. "

"友人宅に近いということでブッキングしました。あたりにはホテルの食堂以外にレストランがなく、少し不便です。徒歩10分くらいのところに大きなスーパーがありそこで調達できます。 朝食付きですが、パンのメニューは充実していません。ご飯麺類からは選べておいしいです。 従業員が多くて親切です。何か聞いたりお願いしたりすると一生懸命してくれます。オーナーが日本語で話してくれます。空港からは送迎15ドルとありますが、タクシーで6000から8000チャットです。(600円から800円) 商用などこの辺りに用のある方にはお勧めです。部屋は清潔、エアコンもシャワーもグッドです。"

"After check in at first day, I got the room which not same in a post. I'm feel not good and requested to change room, the reception accepted my requested and gave me a new room till my OK and accepted without any additional charge. I'm appreciated in this matter. I got the room river view...It's great but noisy in the mid-night time of car horn."

"Firstly, the images should be updated. COVID and the political situation had impacted international tourism. Next to the hotel is an uncompleted building. One of the images is not what it is. Facing the hotel entrance across the hotel is a polluted canal with some sewage stench. Secondly, the property's actual amenities are out of synch with the images. The rooftop skybar is diplidated.
