"Very comfortable property that is kept immaculate. The staff at the front desk are very accommodating. We loved our morning cappuccinos and the breakfast was simple but excellent. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but a short walk to the Cathedral area will provide all the dining and drinking options. We checked out the weekend market which was only two blocks away and that was well worth it! "

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. "We had a lovely stay. Stayed in a family room of four beds. Room and en-suite were very clean. Air con in the room. Lobby area and social area are beautifully decorated. All the staff we dealt with there were courteous, friendly and informative. There is some parking out front on the street for loading and unloading bags.
