The cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was tidy every day. The desk staff was available to answer questions. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelled delectable. The location, while away from the train stations is located near the Grote Markt and the heart of the central city.
Amazing service and very cool hotel:) Great location.

Service was amazing 24-7 front desk, location is excellent, clean, I travel alone so I had basic room, fit all my needs, I would stay there again in a heartbeat
We had a great stay at Hotel Elisabeth. Lovely welcome - room ready, so able to check in early. Reception staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Comfortable room with view, great nights' sleep.
Hotel Elizabeth is a modern hotel that is extremely well maintained. The wonderful staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location in a quiet street close to the town center and cathedral make it an ideal place to stay.
Good check-in with upgrade to double (instead of two singles). Comfortable 3rd floor room. Tea/coffee making available. A short walk to Grot market & plenty of attractions & restaurants nearby. We didn’t choose their breakfast. We used the pool once, it is down two flights of stairs, the changing area is small, whilst it looked stylish, lacked any rails to enter pool.

Great people, breakfast, things to improve
Problems with the AC first night, it shut down every 10 min, and eventually in the middle of the night. We had a technician coming and checking like until 1am, the night was very cold and me and my 4-year old daugher got a cold as a result on that on our way home. The hotel did offer a better room and free late checkout as compensation but it felt short since we paid money to sleep on a normal 21 degree temperature not 14 degrees like if we were on a tent. Also the area adjacent to the swimming pool (were the lockers are) was freezing cold, like people need to change and dry there and felt like being outside at 5 degrees.
The hotel and the area around it were just beautiful! Also the staff was really nice! They didn’t have a straightening iron in our room, so the kind lady at the front desk offered to bring her own from home. That’s what I call customer service! Everyone was so nice, not only the staff at the hotel but also the people from that area in general. Haven’t met a single unfriendly person there.
it was short but a nice stay, but very bad shower soap and no shampoo.
the place for the keycard should be marked it was difficult to find.
to early check out !!!!
I have a good time at hotel Elisabeth staffs are very welcoming. Only one thing I dislike about it is I found a bug in my washroom and when I arrived the room wasn’t very clean and fresh. This area is a very small town. It’s kinda hard to get a transport and you need to have the hotel to get help order taxi ( price is high)

The bathroom was nice but the shower had a lot of fungus. The room was small and hot. The ac 24 hours on. A lot of noice during the night. The beds were ok. Breakfast was ok. But for use never again for that price.
