I got the big room with the balcony and I will never visit any other hotel in Antwerp, if I ever come back. Loved the atmosphere, the design, and the staff was extremely sweet and helpful.

Amazing location, right in the Center next to the train station. Nicely decorated, and clean. Lots of restaurants and shops around.

A very nice hotel close to Antwerp’s central station - with rooms that afford an excellent view of that building - and a short walk from the city centre. The area immediately around the station isn’t particularly nice, but it’s so convenient for getting to and from Antwerp that it makes up for it. We didn’t have breakfast there as it was quite pricey for what was on offer.

Although the rooms are rather small by North American standards, they are very efficient, stylish, and extremely comfortable! The location was absolutely ideal with quick and easy access to trains as well as local transit, many attractions are within walking distance of the hotel

This hotel was conveniently located, as it was adjacent to Antwerp Central train station. We we able to check in early and walk the Meir to the city center. Antwerp was one of our favorite cities in Belgium.

Waited around 4/5mins to check in. After being told there is room service, there was no one to cook in the kitchen and I could only get drinks. When I had got some food from outside, and asked for some cutlery, I was told to find some in the cafe. Some team seemed stressed - Feels like they are either not happy or overstretched which is a shame for the team.

This was yet another nice hotel, in Antwerp. Good convenient location and good amenities, but the A/C was basically nonexistent, even when set to the highest fan speed there was nothing coming out of the vents. Normally, I think, this wouldn't be an issue, but it was near 90 (Fahrenheit) while we were there, and this caused some issues trying to sleep at night. In normal weather, though, I'm sure it's perfectly lovely.

Nice looking hotel but room with terrace stank of drains. I was unable to use the bathroom when I arrived. There was no written information in the room on how to call reception, so I had to call the main phone line of the hotel. They said they would call me back in the room and did not. When I asked reception on the way out, they said it was the drains. I pointed out that there was something in the toilet. When I came back to the hotel, the reception told me the toilet was fixed. Even after this the bathroom still stank but the staff said it was ok. I asked for air freshener or a fan & the staff said they would do this. It wasn’t so I opened bathroom door & door to terrace to get in fresh air & there was the smell of grilled food from the restaurant above coming into the room. I was given some free drinks vouchers when I checked out but this did not make up for the smelly room.

El personal es muy bueno y la habitación cómoda. Un poco ruidosa en pisos bajos frente a la plaza por la cantidad de gente y bullicio de fiesta, pero se puede dormir bien.

Great hotel. Clean, directly in front of the central train station. There are some good restaurants around, but it is a small walk to get downtown. It can get noisy as night with the trains, but it did not cause problem to my sleep.

3 dagars turism i Antwerpen

Trevligt hotell precis vid centralstationen med både bar och restaurang. Bra val om man tycker det är lite krångligt att leta upp matställen på kort varsel. Varierad meny med något som passar alla och även mycket god öl. Lagom storlek på rummet som var välstädat och märkte inte av några störande ljud även om det var en del aktivitet på gatan utanför. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell.
