We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. However, one shower was broken, the pots and pans had to be washed because they were dirty, there were water stains from water intrusion in at least 4 rooms, the A/C was programmed to go down to 50 degrees at night and we couldn't change it, and the management company changed a week before we arrived and no one notified us. "Our condo was beautiful and a GREAT LOCATION in downtown TC. This condo has everything you would need for a wonderful stay and it is impeccably clean! Owners are a phone call or text away. Would definitely go back. Building does not have elevators if you have trouble doing stairs. "
