"The service was top notch from check-in to the valet parking. We attended a concert at the amphitheater and the shuttle process was extremely efficient."

"I feel like the pictures were very deceiving. We had a room that overlooked the pool area so we had zero natural light from a window. I didn't even want to be barefoot in the bathroom because of how gross it was. Same with the pool/spa area. The whole place felt extremely dirty. Our room smelled like we had a heavy smoker living there so it was super musty smelling. Overall not a great experience and I don’t have a very high bar for hotels. "The sheets did not seem clean found other peoples hair in them. The hair dryer plug in was cracked and wouldn't work. The lobby is nice! The bathroom still had other peoples hair in the shower. It was raining when we arrived and the window in our room was leaking water inside"

"Clean room. Room 118 had an odd riser/curb in the bathroom floor that made using the sink difficult, stubbed my toes on it. Otherwise, nice place to stay overnights for work."

"Majority of the rooms are under maintenance and remodelling with open doors and city notices of uninhabitable status. The pool was closed also due to maintenance. Hopefully it will be better once remodeling is complete."

"Couch in room has stains on the arms from who knows what. Beds and shower felt clean, could smell the chlorine from the pool on the first floor, odor was very strong."

"Breakfast was taken down early each day, the pull out mattresses had blood stains and bathroom had cracks on floor rust in shower and curtains were yellow with age"

"This place was overpriced for what we got. The mini fridge, coffee pot and micro were in the bathroom. That is gross to keep kitchen type things in the bathroom. Our tub was peeling and it look gross. The bed was fine."
