"Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and personable and the jacuzzi suite was huge and comfortable. The hot tub at the hotel was out of service during our stay which was a bummer because we wanted to hang out in there for a bit with our friends after the event we attended. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and well managed. The only complaint I would have is getting after hours access back into the hotel after the mall closes is extremely difficult. It took us 20 minutes to get out of the mall and back into the hotel we were stressed."

"I loved my stay and would have loved it even more if the breakfast food (scrambled eggs, sausage patty, and breakfast potatoes) had been hot. They looked scrumptious, just a little cold. I understand it is hard to keep food hot without burning so it wouldn’t keep me from coming back. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do and see. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here ir at one of their other hotels across the country again. "
