"Dinner buffet were all sold out due to the holidays. Recommend making reservations before staying at the hotel. Morning buffet was one of the best Japanese breakfast I had but western breakfast was lacking a little bit."

They gave us a beautiful room with a view of the sky tree tower to celebrate a special occasion, and were extremely helpful when I temporarily misplaced our passports and lost my glasses! The breakfast and cocktail hour was great, which comes with the room if you get the executive rooms. This place was amazing. "

"The location is great I’d think no other hotels with such a reasonable price could compete with Tobu Hotel. One other surprise is there is a symphony hall next to the hotel. Music lovers will enjoy it as well."

"Clean room but pillows were terrible. Too soft and they provided no head or neck support. Their covers weren’t clean. The complimentary shuttle service to Narita airport and Narita city were excellent. Will recommend the hotel "
