"Great room. Two big windows and plenty of space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Very helpful staff. They arranged dinner reservations, gave us tea while we waited for the room to be ready, had apples for guests to take, and made us feel so welcome. Location is excellent! So easy to get around. Steps away from underground shopping, trains, boats, and beautiful scenery!"

He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. He went above and beyond in every way. We would definitely stay here again.
