"I was worried about the hotel room. I’m very picky about hotels and this room was super clean. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The price was wonderful and the beds were comfortable."

"Our biggest issues were communication and there was a power shut off plan that we did not know about which affected us on a Saturday morning while we were trying to get ready to go out for the day. Also their internet went out for majority of a day. We had asked for towels and it took half a day or more to get it. Communication at times is very good but other times their app there was not good communication. It is a beautiful hotel and residence. Amenities appear to be superb. Staff does try....

"The Suite was large and very comfortable. Had a nice view from our balcony minus the bird poop…something that can’t be avoided at the beach. The bonus was an elevator ride one floor down and many shops and places to eat. There were two skylight windows that brought in the morning sun. I even got a call from one of the staff members in regards to a package I forgot in a drawer which they are sending to me. The pool was the only thing that didn’t seem inviting.
