"Customer service is terrible. The management of this property is extremely poor. Be prepared to wait for your room to be ready. Check in starts at 4 and we waited in line for over an hour just to be told our room wasn't ready. Then to proceed and wait until 10 pm when we finally went back up to the desk to demand one be ready since we have little kids. Waiting 6 hours for your room to be ready is ridiculous. The food and drinks are over priced. The nice restaurant looks like nothing online. It is not fancy- it is build your own burger and burrito bowls. The water park is nice and the property. It is nice it is not in the hustle and bustle of Disney but still close enough to go to. Only about 10 minutes from Disney "

"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "
