"Great hotel near Disney"

"Our stay was great other than the vallet parking. We waited over an hour for our car to be ready and that was even before the 11 am checkout time. Finally went to ask for the second time and our keys were grabbed and said they would go get it when the app had already said it had been ready. Valley needs a better system."

"We have stayed numerous of places along the line of pigeon forge, but this place tops them all. So nice, and clean, feels like home. And there’s so much the place offers. it was nice being able to swim, play games, and eat all right there. We visit pigeon forge several times throughout the year, and from now on this will be our favorite place to stay!! "

"Good for families, great pool facilities, has a slide. Suites are large, luxurious, bathrooms are lovely. Only gripe would be that there never(this is our 3rd stay here) send to be any handicap parking. If you're thinking about staying, dont think twice, just do it, you won't regret it"

"The room was very clean. We didn’t hear our neighbors. The indoor and outside pool area was great. The pools were well cared for and they provided towels too. We ate at the resort restaurant and it was very good! We have already booked another visit."
