"Nice oasis type spot. Resort fee is too high as there is no cable or satellite TV, that hot water in the shower was only warm . Besides minor issues and the very high resort fee it’s a quiet and comfortable stay during the week and good location"

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "

"If you're expecting a hotel with a pool, think again. THE POOL IS CLOSED notice everywhere to our surprise when we got to the hotel. This wasn't written anywhere while booking our room, the crazy part is that this hotel appeared in my search when i selected ''with pool''. The Room itself is clean and pleasant, but the hotel garden could be maintained in a better way. Staff is helpful and location is great."

"The hotel offers good value for the price. However, the air conditioner was extremely loud, and even with earplugs it was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is beautiful, with plenty of gardens and pleasant walking areas. There are many shops nearby, and the beach is only about a 6-minute drive away."

"The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. However, the neighborhood seemed relatively safe and I managed to lean a chair against the door so that it would fall and make a noise if somebody did...

"Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room...

"The stay was prefect for the most part. The pool area was a bit messy from other guest not cleaning up after themselves. The staff on site was helpful and used a translator app to communicate with me instead of just saying "no english" I really appreciate that. Apartment 10 was very clean and smelled amazing upon entering the unit. The lock gate closet to the garbage gates handle is broken and needs fixing immediately for security. There sufficient lighting and parking on the property. Overall...

"Don't go there. Went to check in and the office was closed. Finally found the office person and checked in. She left and never came back. TV was not working. The bedside lamp didn't work and was taped with blue tape. No ice machine on the property Could not get extra pillows because no one was in the office. There were hardly any outlets in the room. Had to unplug the microwave and frig to plug in the coffee pot. Offic was closed at check out."

"We had a few hiccups at the beginning due to a room mix-up in the system, but overall we had a good stay. The host was very responsive and genuinely tried to make things right. He graciously provided complimentary parking to offset the inconvenience and stayed attentive to all of my requests throughout our stay. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, the mall, restaurants, and coffee shops, which made everything very convenient."
