"My room was very clean, if a little dated. More than required though and excellent for the price. Outdoor furniture was excellent. I used the bbq twice and enjoyed the outdoor experience. The grills could be updated but were fine. Staff was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed how close Target and outlet shopping, TJ Max and Marshals etc, were. I walked each day. Publix is also within an easy walk. I could have used the theatre, but didn't. The beach too, was an easy walk; maybe not for everyone,...

"It was an adorable apartment. My kids were absolutely thrilled and my doggo was so relaxed. We had a nice sized kitchen plus beach chairs, towels and wagon to take down to the beach in walking distance! I hope to be back! "

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "

"Easy and clean"

"We had the best stay here! The host was incredible. Super responsive, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that made our trip even better. The place was very clean and well kept. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. It honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!"

"House was nice and clean. Susink was leaking during our stay. The host sent a person to repair but the leak was not fixed and left the place very dirty and messy. Water was everywhere in the main bedroom. "

"Air conditioning in room didn’t work After we got ready for bed the maintenance man said that was not communicated to the front desk. They offered to move us but it was 11:30 at night and we had unpacked "

"Good location and a cozy hotel. We did get a second set of not-so-clean bed linen and towels. But overall, this did not spoil our vacation or the overall experience of the hotel and the location."

"We did not enjoy our stay here. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom with makeup all over it and it was wet. The mattresses were stained and dirty. We were told we would have free wifi but we could not find the code anywhere and when we emailed there was no reply. Very disappointing given the cost."

"We stayed at The Garden for two nights. I can’t say enough good about this place! The room was great, the food was great, the pools were clean and staff very friendly! "

"We have stayed here 4 times before. Check-in is often disorganized with giving you wrong room, wrong code, etc. Yesterday was even worse. No staff member on site, they attempt to do everything online, After 3 calls to their after hours number, The had technical problems that left us in the rain with no way to open the room we had already paid for. Technology is great when it works, however have a back up plan to physically open a door."
