"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"It is such a wild little hotel. A nice combination of Hilton property but with an attitude. It has the amenities you would expect in a chain hotel, and also this amazing sound system, which is piped into the room. The music is a curated playlist and it's really good. The hotel itself in a renovated train station. It's in the arts section of town, which is small but charming."

"Lovely bright room with corner view. Clean and tidy. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and cheerful. Convenient parking just next door. Great location for the baseball park, five minute walk to Beale Street and thirty minute walk to Sun Studio. We relocated our stay to this hotel when the Holiday Inn cancelled our booking at very short notice due to their refurbishments running over and were very glad we did as this hotel was much nicer than our last stay at the Holiday Inn."

"Lack of refrigerator did not help given 90 F heat. Valet packing was troublesome as the valet forgot to turn off brakes. Other than that, it is a pretty nice place to stay for a night"
