"If my heaven were a hotel, this would be it. Gorgeous historic building, sumptuous linens, super helpful and friendly desk attendants and bar/restaurant staff, and a terrific location for exploring. When I arrived, it was very cold and drizzling, but I was welcomed warmly and immediately taken up to my lovely room. The room included a huge deep tub, which felt amazing after a transcontinental flight, and while I soaked, the built-in towel warmer made the super-fluffy towels extra cozy. ...

"The Pulitzer hotel is comprised of 25 original houses that were joined to make one elegant hotel in the center of town. Our suite overlooked the canal behind the hotel and there were many changing things to see. Boats passing, parakeets in the trees, people. Whoever the architect was managed to preserve many of the original features including the many small gardens. You are bound to enjoy staying here."
