The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just steps away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city right after arrival. What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Max at the front desk. After an 8-hour sleepless flight from Chicago, Max went above and beyond to expedite our early check-in, which was a huge help and very much appreciated. His warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great views of the city. Overall, this hotel made our Amsterdam visit stress-free and enjoyable. "Excellent hotel. We had some delays on room availability by around 20 mins on checkout but we were fairly compensated (€150 bar voucher) and after checking we realised one of the two sinks was blocked. Upon raising this to hotel staff they gave us more compensation (€150 bar voucher) for the inconvenience. All in all very positive experience and professional hospitality. Breakfast was also delicious and freshly made options available rather than just buffet services like most hotels which was a plus. "

"Had a great stay. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Only slight criticism is the pillows were too soft and could do with being firmer, and couldn’t work out the aircon in the room. Didn’t matter which way we turned the dial it didn’t seem to cool the room, but still a great stay and will return. "
