"Almost everything was great. The one thing I’m finding is when I’d just like to chill and watch a bit of TV or sport on TV, it would be more comfortable for me to sit on a comfy chair instead of the bed all the time. Everything else was excellent"

"Location for Hampton Court very good, evening meals reasonably priced for London. Breakfast was good! One negative the bed mattresses need looking at they have metal clips supporting the mattress and if you are a side sleeper they dig into you and hurt making the sleeping experience not a great one. Otherwise this would have been a higher score."

"wonderful property located so conveniently to the Hampton Court! Restaurant is TERRIFIC. Service was wonderful. My complaint is the lack of support at reception being unattended. Also, the room we were given had no AC and a sink that was @ 6 inches x 4 inches... impossible for a wash."

"Exactly what I was looking for. A spacious room in a nice, clean, safe hotel, close to restaurants and good walking. I enjoyed a post dinner walk by Thames. They put me on the same floor as the event rooms so I could hear the party going on in the conference rooms. I don’t bother easily by my ex did so I’m attuned to things that would’ve annoyed him. I slept just fine, as one does when they no longer have to accommodate an ex’s preferences."

"Pros: easy check-in process. Good location, 15mins away from Chessington (the reason for our stay). Lovely pubs and restaurants nearby (particularly the Albany and the ferry). Cheap public parking behind the building. (up to £4 per day which for anywhere in the UK these days seems unheard of). Cons: very hot in the apartment with ineffective fans provided (we luckily brought our own). Note that the host does say that air-conditioning isn't available. Unpleasant odour through the apartment...

"A lovely hotel attached to a historic pub. We were put in an accessible room which was very spacious. Breakfast was fantastic - the croissant croc madame was amazing."
